She has a wealth of knowledge in diversity having worked with people from different cultures and background. Ravi has built on this experience managing issues professionally and delivering presentations to players on Safeguarding and Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination (BHD) ensuring every player is aware of the Code of Conduct.
